Skillcraft Constructions
Before starting Precision Repairs & Remodeling, owner Brandon Kmiecik spent five years working alongside Mark Leffler, founder of Skillcraft Construction. With over 50 years of experience in the construction industry and more than a decade operating Skillcraft Construction, Mark earned a reputation for quality workmanship, attention to detail, and treating customers the right way.

Throughout those years, Mark served not only as an employer, but as a mentor—sharing the knowledge, skills, and values that helped shape the way Precision Repairs & Remodeling operates today. When Mark retired, many of the relationships and trust he had built with homeowners continued on, with several of his clients choosing to work with Precision Repairs & Remodeling for their future projects.

Although Skillcraft Construction is no longer in operation, Mark remains a valued friend and advisor. He still stops by select job sites from time to time, offering insight and sharing his decades of expertise when needed.
